Do you have persistent feelings of low self-esteem or self-hatred?
Do you have a hard time taking care of yourself?
Do  you feel unable to defend and protect yourself?
Do you use work or doing good deeds for others as a way to feel good enough and to compensate for low-esteem?
Are you prone to depression or anxiety attacks?
Do you expect people to harm or abuse you?
Do you engage in risky sexual behavior  for instance woth strangers to make yourself feel wanted or loved?
Do you believe that you are good only for sex?
When making love, do you feel fear or anxiety in your body that you desire to be somehere  else?
Do you feel that you have to control everything about lovemaking to enjoy it?
Do you feel like a victim?
Do you feel different from other people, as if there was something bad about you?
Do you feel dirty or ashamed?
Are you obsesssed with love relationships?
Do you have problems with sustaining love relationship?
Is it difficult for you to trust others?
Do you feel older than the people around you?
Do you have maintaining boundaries with others, like being unable to say no?
If you answer yes to three (3) or more of these question you were most likely abused.
